Why should I hire a travel advisor?
Since every trip is personalized to your needs, we’ll provide an official quote after your complimentary consultation call. Already know where you want to stay? Hotel bookings are always free!

How much does it cost?
“What’s the catch"?”. “It seems too good to be true”. This is my most asked question, and I understand why! When you book a hotel through a travel advisor, the commission comes from the hotel—not you! This is how travel advisors earn income. We only charge a planning fee for services that are more involved than just a hotel booking.

Why are hotel bookings a free service?
No problem! Send us an email at hello@wildsoltravel.com and we’ll see if we can takeover your booking; which means we’ll be added as the agent of record and you get all the perks. No extra money out of your pocket, just the perks added to the reservation - win win! No fees for this service either.

I already booked my hotel. Can I still work with you?
Unfortunately, we are unable to work with credit card points to book hotels, however, you can absolutely use them to book your flights! This is what we recommend so that we can still assist you with your hotel booking to get you those amazing perks. Also, because our hotel partnerships are so strong, clients who use us get priority VIP status over clients who book using credit card or other points.

I have credit card points I want to use. How does that work?
Absolutely! While we do not book using AirBNB or VRBO, we work with a variety of accredited and trusted industry partners that specialize in villas & private residences to ensure the best possible client experience.

Do you book privates home or villas?
The best time to book depends on your destination, time of year and trip type,; but we generally recommend planning at least 6-8 months in advance. The earlier, the better—this ensures you’re on our radar and gives you access to the best options & prices as soon as reservations become available! We also only take a certain number of bookings each month, so that is worth keeping in mind when getting ready to plan, as well.

When is the best time to start planning?
In most cases, you'll pay the exact same price as if you booked yourself. If there’s ever a slight difference, the added perks—like upgrades, free breakfast, and more—far exceed the cost. Prefer to stick with the standard rate sans perks? We can book that too!

Is it more expensive to book with you versus Expedia.com or Booking.com?
